NAh Wow! Was not expecting a project like this. Has a nostalgic feel to it. Also appreciate it being a quick listen. Not giving this one a rating because of its short length and it feeling completely different (in a good way). But I really like it! Favorite track: Problems in the Adult Area.

I often like to sample music that is personally nostalgic to me. On this album, I do that, however, I also based the album theme around a nostalgic experience in the past. I sometimes used to go to the Great Neck Recreation Center as a kid, mostly just for the pool. I decided to theme an album around the center itself, even though I never had actually been to most of the areas in it. I think the last time I went there was probably in the year 2000 or so, before I was even a teen, the 2002 theme on here isn't exact for my own nostalgic experiences (or is it? I can't remember really) but more for the cut off date for the music sampled within. (though, I did sample music that I heard around that time and reminded me of the experience) I will try to make more albums like this in the future, based off nostalgic experiences I had in the past. Though, it is hard to come up with ideas for these types of albums, so not too frequently. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!

Fun fact: You can actually go on a virtual tour of the center online via Google Maps! It looks the same as I remember it looking back then! I would recommend doing that while listening to the album for the full experience:
