"One day I was looking through my closet and I found this old cassette mix tape that I made a long time ago just lying there. Not only did it look sun and moisture damaged and have tons of scratches but it was badly cracked and the reels were despooled. After a large amount of effort I was able to respool it and get it to work again. But there was something wrong, all the damage to the tape has caused it to not sound correct. It's possible that these were all popular songs at one point that I taped off the radio but I do not recognize them anymore. I decided to upload it so you could all hear it, maybe you will get some weird enjoyment out of this old mix tape, it is too unusual sounding for me to enjoy."

Made starting in 2014 up to 2016, these are some of the oldest vaporwave tracks I've ever made. Many of them were unreleased until now. Some were used on Behind But Not Forgotten... Selected Unreleased Eccojams 2014 - 2016, but many were never released. Some of the tracks on here are primitive versions of tracks on Behind But Not Forgotten... Compare Night time jungle to A2 off that album for comparison, for example. There may be a few other tracks that I used elsewhere as well, like You don't laugh which was later released on Stadium Filler - Farewell Concert. I completely forgot about this release until I found it on my bandcamp page recently. It was originally meant to be a sketchpad of sorts for an album. But I actually quite like it for what it is and decided to release it after all those years (it was originally uploaded to my bandcamp page on 2/2/2016
