"Experimental mallsoft made entirely out of actual store recordings"
Recorded live, then later processed some, mainly edits to remove parts I didn't like, slowing the tracks down, some sound layering and looping of parts, and some rather extreme equing in some parts, all sounds were created by interacting with the store and the objects within, and the music played in the store and sounds created by others in the store. This album has vaporwave elements and tracks but is not a strict vaporwave album by any means. Some of these tracks are eccojams and others focus more on the interactions that I did with the objects in the store, largely inspired by field recording utilizing sound artists, though the eccojams have the interactions in them as well. I tried to make a lot of crinkly, crunchy, textural sounds using the objects found around the store to give it an asmr inducing effect, and it was quite successful in that regards as well.
This entire album was made out of only 28 minutes of recorded sounds since I wasn't at the store for very long that day.

one of the ogs in the vaporwave scene, and this album has aged like fine wine. love the nostalgia it gives me while listening to this thing especially with the track "beachwalk" since it was my intro to vaporwave. an underated classic that will always get my praise. dynamtic
